What makes a good session
- Something you have actually done — a build, a migration, a launch, a failure — beats a survey of a topic.
- Attendees leave able to do something they could not do before. Name it in your proposal.
- Specific beats broad. "Deploying an agent to production" fills a room; "AI overview" empties one.
- An hour is plenty for most subjects. Ask for more only when the outline needs it.
