Your sign-in details
Use these once at microsoft365.com. Microsoft will ask you to choose your own password straight away — after that this box disappears and only you know it.
How to sign in and what you can use
Signing in the first time
- Go to microsoft365.com and choose Sign in.
- Enter your @sahabaclub.com address above — not your personal email.
- Enter the temporary password, then set a password of your own when Microsoft asks. It will not let you continue without doing this.
- You may be asked to add a phone number or the Microsoft Authenticator app. This is for recovering your own account — the club cannot see it.
What comes with it
- Email at your @sahabaclub.com address, in Outlook on the web or the Outlook app.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote in the browser, saving straight to the cloud.
- 1 TB of OneDrive storage.
- Microsoft Teams for club events and for talking to other members.
- Forms, Planner, Lists and Sway, which is what the hackathons run on.
Worth knowing
- On your phone, install Outlook and Teams and sign in with the same address.
- Signing in on the web needs nothing installed — useful on a borrowed machine.
- The desktop Office apps are not included on this licence. The browser versions do the same work.
- This is a real mailbox on a real tenant. Treat it as you would a work account: it is how the club will reach you.
