What is EduHackAI?
EduHackAI is Sahaba Club's 10-day AI application hackathon. Teams form around an idea, build a working AI app with mentoring along the way, and present it at the end. Four rounds have run so far, with participants joining from across the region.
Are there AI hackathons in Dubai and the UAE?
Yes. Sahaba Club, based in Dubai, runs EduHackAI, a 10-day online AI hackathon that anyone can join from anywhere; Round 05 starts on Saturday 12 December 2026. The club's AI events calendar also lists hackathons run by other organisers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the region.
Can beginners join an AI hackathon?
Yes. EduHackAI is built for people with an idea, not a computer-science degree. No coding experience is required: teams build with AI tools and five AI agents, and coaches guide every step. Teams are up to three people, and you can join alone and be matched with one.
Is membership free?
Yes. Standard membership costs nothing and includes a @sahabaclub.com mailbox with Microsoft 365 for three months, access to club events and the member directory. A paid Premium tier adds coaching discounts, exclusive events and the full learning library. You can join with Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, email or phone.
